Frequently asked questions
Where is patient data stored?
On your clinic’s own server. There is no server shared with other clinics.
What does the clinic need?
A virtual machine or server for the portal and a network between the modalities and the appliance.
Which modalities are supported?
Any that send studies over standard DICOM (C-STORE).
Is an internet connection required?
It depends on where it runs: a portal inside the clinic network works without the internet. You need it for updates and for outside access — radiologists working remotely and patients. If the connection drops, the appliance keeps a queue and sends the studies later on its own.
Which interface languages?
Ukrainian, English, Romanian and Russian. The clinic chooses the default language.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is on request: it depends on the number of modalities and the level of support.
